Pages are counted by layout, not by URL. Each unique page design counts as one page, regardless of how much content it holds.
Example: a Projects page listing all your work counts as one page, and the detail page showing an individual project counts as one more. You could have 20 projects on your site and it still only counts as 2 pages.

If your site goes down, a key function breaks (like a contact form or checkout), or something urgent comes up outside of regular hours, this is the response time you can expect.
Critical issues are prioritized ahead of routine requests regardless of when they come in.

We apply updates to your site's platform, plugins, and the underlying software it relies on, on a regular schedule, then test to make sure nothing breaks before it goes live. We also review your Core Web Vitals monthly — Google's speed and stability metrics (how fast your page loads, how stable it is while loading, and how responsive it feels) — and address any regressions that updates may have introduced.
