Monthly plans reserve your hours and discount our standard rate: the bigger the commitment, the lower your effective rate. Plans start with a 3-month minimum, then continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

Who this is for
Small businesses, churches, and nonprofits that rely on technology but do not have, and should not need, a full-time IT person. If you want one team you can send questions to and trust to get them handled, this is for you. Because the work is done remotely, we can work with you wherever you are.

A few answers about how monthly hours, plans, and working together actually fit.
What counts as Technology Partner work?
Anything that helps your business run on technology and can be handled remotely: troubleshooting and questions, software and account setup, vendor and tool decisions, integrations, automation, and general tech housekeeping. If you are unsure whether something fits, ask and we will tell you.
Do you work on-site?
Technology Partner is remote by default: we work with you by email, chat, phone or video calls, and secure remote access, so it works wherever you are. On-site work is not part of the standard plans, but in certain circumstances we can make it work, whether that is a local visit or travel at your expense. Reach out and we will talk through what would make sense.
Do I need a website plan to use this?
No. Technology Partner works alongside a website plan or completely on its own. If you do have a website plan, the time included with it stays with that plan, and your Technology Partner hours are in addition.
What happens to hours I do not use?
Hours reset each month and do not roll over. If you consistently use fewer hours than your plan includes, you can move to a smaller plan.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Extra time is billed at our standard rate of $100/hour, with your approval and subject to availability. If you regularly go over, a higher plan will cost you less per hour.
Is there a contract?
There is a 3-month minimum, then it is month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
How is this different from AI & Tech Consulting?
AI & Tech Consulting is for a one-time assessment or a scoped project. Technology Partner is an ongoing monthly relationship, so the same team keeps handling your questions and requests as they come up.
Can you help with systems you did not set up?
Often, yes. We learn your setup during your first month, and if something is outside what we can responsibly support, we will say so up front.
